End-to-end campaign management utilising the in-house studio for creative design, through print, production and delivery across multiple customer touchpoints across retail Work with the Vegas content team on new game launches creating promotions that excite and interest our customers Engage closely with the retail support team on colleague comms and engagement to ensure our shop colleagues are informed and motivated to drive Vegas campaigns with their shop customers Develop a ‘Test & Learn’ programme to drive on-going campaign refinement and optimisation of marketing spend Develop and deliver cross sell marketing promotional plans around key sporting events and other cross sell opportunities Take the lead on developing retail gaming strategies with key stakeholders and the wider gaming team around key strategic projects being delivered in 2023 Support the wider Retail Marketing team with key calendar sporting events throughout the year Work with the Business Analysts and Finance teams within the business to collate findings for post campaign reviews
