Develop and implement financial strategies that support the overall growth and profitability of the company, including fundraising strategies and financial planning. • Manage relationships with existing and potential investors and lenders, including negotiating terms and managing reporting requirements. • Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process and ensure that appropriate financial controls and processes are in place. • Provide financial analysis, MI and insight to the CEO and executive team to inform decision making and drive the company's financial performance. • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and external advisors. • Provide leadership and direction to the finance team and ensure that the team has the necessary skills and resources to support the company's financial goals. • Collaborate with other members of the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that support the overall success of the company. • Monitor and manage financial risks and ensure that appropriate risk management processes are in place.
