The role D8 is looking for a talented digital designer who is able to come up with creative concepts and work these into solutions which address the needs of the client and their users. We’ll need you to be able to use your initiative and take the lead on projects at times or work as part of a team under direction of others. Ideally you will have experience working in a fast paced agency working on a number of projects in tandem. Projects can range from creating digital marketing assets to working with design systems and web capabilities. Your profile Experience using Figma an advantage but not essential. You will have a willingness to learn about all aspects of the digital design process. An understanding of audience motivations and user behaviours across various platforms and media. Be a logical thinker and confident presenter. An understanding and clear experience of UX and UI design. You will be required to work on the storyboarding and creation of online digital media so experience in HTML5 and GIF creation would be advantageous. The role will also require lightweight animation skills.
