The role D8 has built its reputation and global client-base on fantastic work and lasting client relationships. We are looking for an experienced account handler to join our client services team and deliver the highest standards of customer service for top-drawer clients across food and drink, arts and entertainment and various other sectors globally. You must have at least 3 years’ experience, ideally in an agency environment. Working within a team, you’ll be the primary client contact responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget, whilst working closely with the creative team and developing client relationship, including understanding of the markets in which they operate. The role covers both online and offline delivery, so experience in both would be preferred though not absolutely essential.
